DELIVERY LOCATIONS

The Screedex Company ship our products Australia-wide, as well as internationally. Please
contact us if you would like an international shipping quote at sales@screedex.com

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

After payment has been received, your order is processed within 5 business days (excluding
weekends and holidays). An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing
your order. Please keep this email as your proof of purchase. If your items are out of stock,
we will contact you within 1 business day to advise lead-time. You will then receive another
notification when your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING COSTS

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/volume
of your order. All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are exclusive of GST.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

DELIVERY TIMES

We endeavour to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order is processed, an estimated
delivery time will be provided to you. Standard shipping within Australia can usually take
from 2-14 days.
Please note delivery times are a guide only and are not guaranteed. Weather delays and
unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All orders placed within Australia automatically have tracking. Once your order is confirmed
and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package. If your order has not arrived
please contact our office for assistance with tracking at info@screedex.com

REFUNDS POLICY

We offer refunds, repairs and replacements in accordance with Australian Consumer Law
and the terms set out below:

  • You have 5 working days from the purchase date to return an item, along with the proof
    of purchase.
  • For a return to be approved please make sure the items are unused and in their original
    packaging.
  • Return shipping is to be arranged and paid for by the customer.
  • Partial returns will not be accepted.
  • We do not offer any refund if you change your mind.
  • We may refuse to provide a repair, replacement or refund for a product purchased by you
    if you misused the product in a way which caused the problem.

Please note – it is your responsibility to ensure the product has been installed correctly. The Screedex Company takes no responsibility if the product has been installed incorrectly, or if the incorrect adhesive has been used.

Please contact info@screedex.com for your return to be authorised prior to returning any items.

DAMAGE

We take great care to ensure your order arrives ready for use. If there is any damage to the
packaging or product on delivery, please contact us immediately at info@screedex.com
